- Callejón de Teno
The Teno massif is one of the most ancient geological formations of
the island and a natural park. It still has specimens of laurisilva, like the forest of Monte del Agua, which also spreads over the hills of Los Silos. This wooded landscape is the setting for a lifestyle that is mainly rural and traditional as you can see in the building styles, the crafts and the herds of goats, the pastoral scenes and the typical country side.
From El Mirador de Baracán we will start, crossing the spectacular mountain with marvellous sea views of La Gomera island, the cliffs and the ravins with a great panoramic of the Teno´s Natural Park and the Teide volcano. Trekking on the laurisilva rain forest, we will arrive to Los Bailaderos (Teno Alto) a typical farmer´s village. We will have time to enjoy a break, snacks and take pictures. Teno is a region that has been inhabited since times long past: archaeological finds and documented sources bear witness to the presence of Guanches (natives of the Tenerife island). We´ll continue our path crossing two canyons to appreciate the idyllic El Palmar Valley with a wonderful view of Buenavista del Norte and Los Silos.
The inhabitants of Teno have known how to make the best use of the natural resources offered by this rugged environment. Small hamlets are found dotted across the mountain peaks, surrounded by vegetable gardens that are adapted to the irregularities of the land, forming what are known as crop chains or terraces. Stone presses, old farms, barns and cave dwellings are also characteristic of this landscape. As well as agriculture, many of the inhabitants of Teno make a living from pasturage and fishing. The extraordinary climatology of the area has given rise to one of the world’s most important samples of a laurel wood (laurel, lime tree, viñatigo, etc.), which is a type of forest that has its origins in the tertiary period.
At the end of the tour the group will be brought to a restaurant where they can enjoy a typical menu of the region;

- Diving
This activity is for all those persons who never had made this experience before and who want to try it. The client will be brought
from the hotel to the diving area, where we will give him some basic information about security and the correct use of the diving equipment. After that follows an inmersion of about 15 - 20 minutes, the baptism; supervised by a diving instructor.While the instructor is underwater with one of the participants the others can watch them as we also rovide a snorkel equipment. Once all participants will have been baptised; we will have a small snack together and then bring the clients back to their hotels.

- Hiking
For all nature lovers and all who want to discover the nice hidden places of this island we offer different walking trips of an average level.
Every tour includes the transfer from the hotel to the starting point. During the transfer the clients will be informed about the following itinerary and the highlights of the tour.
At the starting point a professional guide will welcome the group and
look after them during the whole tour so that the client can enjoy the landscape. Before we start each participant will be provided with a daypack including a snack (sandwich, water and fruit); a rain jacket and a hiking stick for the difficult parts of the tour. It is possible to hire hiking boots if needed.
All our guides speak English and will be pleased to help and answer all your questions. At the end of the tour the group will be transfered to the hotels. The walking progam is seven days a week.

- Roque del Conde
Our first tour (generally known as the Roque del Conde) is located in the municipal area of Adeje, the starting point is Arona. The track to Roque del Conde is a farming path used to get the land cultivated on the hillside and the plain of the Roque. The main crop was the cereal, an activity that is now represented by the abundant terraces on the hillsides, country houses and threshing floors found on the base of the Roque. This path mantains most of the original stone pavement, especially visible when crossing Barranco del Rey until you get to La Centinela. From this point to the top, the path gets narrower and steeper.
It is a volcano within the natural park of Barranco del Infierno (Hell’s Canyon), ascending to a 1.001 m height over sea level. After a 4-
hours-walk at an average walking level we will reach the peak. On our way we will see a lot of endemic fauna and flora as well as different structures that were formerly used to cultivate the area. Once at the peak we will have a fantastic view over the whole South and the South West of the island. At the end of the tour the group will be brought to a restaurant where they can enjoy a typical menu of the region; afterwards transfer to the hotels.

- Masca
Masca has preserved some of the finest examples of a rural Canary
Island homes, and as the news of the picturesque hamlet has spread, there has been a surge in the number of vistors and activities in the tourist sector; such as restaurants, accomodations and a path to the beach through the ravin (a spectacular canyon). The Masca’s canyon is one of the most frequently trekking excursions in the island for all those who love sport and adventure in the nature.
The Masca village is divided into 3 small districts. Around the village there are natual caves and caverus where the Guanches aborigenes lived. Masca has a late 18th century church.
This hiking tour of about 8 km starts at the village of Masca and after a continuous but easy descend it ends at a very beautiful black sand beach. Most of the time we pass through the canyon's riverbed. You
will be impressed by the striking surroundings and the endless species of fauna and flora you will come across during this tour. We see a lot of water holes and peculiar rock formations formed by erosion. We will also discover some elements that indicate the manifold utilisation of the canyon in former times: old stone benches, terraces for cultivation, the walls of an old dam, a canal ... then we will arrive to the sea. The last part of the tour will be made aboard a boat that picks us up at the beach and brings us to Los Gigantes Harbour. Your cruise will take you beneath the cliff rising over 1.500 feets out of the sea, giving Los Gigantes its name - the giants. With a bit of luck, we will even see some dolphins or whales. From Los Gigantes Harbour, we will return you to your pick up point.

- Mountain biking
We offers to all mountain bike fans different routes to enjoy the nature and the beautiful surroundings.
For security reasons we provideyou with all the technical equipment
for this activity, although allour tours are on accessible and rugged forest trails. Also a skilledtour guide will always care about the group's security. The tours last 3 hours approx. and include several stops, one of them for lunch and torebuild power. At the end of the tour the clients will be returned totheir accommodations. It is also possible to combine this activity withthe diving course; in this case the transfer will bring you to thediving station after a lunch in a nearby restaurant.

- Paragliding
This activity is for all persons who like some kind of thrills and who would like to have the sensation of flying.
You fly in a tandem together with an experienced pilot. The client will be brought to the starting point, where he will be provided with all necessary technical instructions. After the start the flight will last 30 - 45 minutes approximately, depending on the area and the weather conditions. It is also possible that more persons fly together at the
same time as we have several pilots. This kind of sport has no age restriction, nevertheless it requires a good health and physical condition. The flights can take place in two different areas, in the Southern or in the Northern part of the island. In the South we fly in the area around Taucho, where you have a fantastic bird's eye view of the Barranco del Infierno (Hell’s Canyon), Las Américas, Los Cristianos, Fañabé and the Adeje Coast. The flight in the Northern area starts at the Cañadas, in the area around Izaña, where you fly over the whole valley of La Orotava and land in Puerto de la Cruz. The latter is one of the highest and most impressing paragliding flights of whole Europe offering you a unique view over the green and wonderful valley, the black sand beaches of Puerto de La Cruz and our majestic Teide volcano.

- Sunrise at the Teide
This activity gives you the possibility to see an impressing sunrise from the highest peak of Spain: from our fantastic Teide volcano. A bus transfer brings the clients from their hotels to the starting point
at Montaña Blanca (2.200 m). At about 18:00 o’clock we start to ascend the mountain until the Altavista refuge that is situated at 3.270 m over sea level. After a dinner we will overnight in the refuge until the next morning at 06:00 o’clock. After the breakfast we will climb up via the Telesforo-Bravo route to the peak of the Teide in 3.718 m over sea level. From the top we will enjoy a beautiful sunrise and one of the most impressing views of the whole Canary islands. Afterwards we descend and return you to your hotels.

- Taucho-Ifonche
That is an interesting path with a lot of surprises. We´ll start from La Quinta Chapel. Following a water canal we will reach to La Boca del Paso (The mouth of pass) where the natural viewpoint allows us a great panoramic view of Adeje and the South coastline of Tenerife. After a photo break, we´ll continue our way walking along the natural
springwater canal until we´ll arrive to El Aserradero (The Sawmill), which in the past was a source of canary pine wood, hence its name. We also find abandoned orchards with the remains of all fruit trees. The first strech is through a hush pine forest, a marvellous path to walk confortable and safety close to the deep canyons. Amazing views all over the Barranco del Infierno (Devil´s ravine). The farmer houses from the country side announce the approachment to the village of Ifonche. Ending our journey all the guests are going to enjoy a delicious and fresh menu that will be served in a typical restaurant of the village. Later on, we will come back to your hotels by bus.

- Two-Days-Trips
This activity offers you the possibility to combine hiking and mountain biking. The two-days-trip is as follows:
Pick-up at the hotels or at the meeting points and transfer to the starting point. The tour starts by mountain bike on forest trails,
narrow pathes and asphaltic roads. We will pass several control stations where we can eat something and have some minutes break. The tour by mountain bike will last about 10 hours including the stops. When we arrive at the camp a support team has already pitched the tents and prepared a dinner. After the dinner we will overnight until the next morning.
Second day: We will get up at 08:00 o'clock and after the breakfast we continue our tour by foot. We will take something to eat and enough water with us as we will be walking for 7 hours, including breaks. At the end of the tour the group will be brought to a restaurant where they will be served a delicious lunch. Transfer back to the hotels or meeting points.

Wellness and Health Week
Spend your Holidays in the beautiful and sunny south of Tenerife and chain it with our unique health program.
In cooperation with our Wellness and Therapy Centre we worked out a very special One-Week-Program. It won’t only bring a sense of well-being and relaxing in your holidays but also give you long termed a better health and new felling for your body.
Our Week Program is comprised of the following modules:
- Ouantum Diagnose,
- Development of a individual diet recommendation,
- 3 x acupuncture (or optionally an other therapies),
- 2 x massage
- Intensive Weekend in our hotel incl. twice a day Yoga and Meditation, Pilates exercises und and one course of energetic cooking.

Every morning a health and balanced out breakfast will expect you, that going to give you energy and power for the whole day.
The week program will take place in our Therapies - Centre with is only ten minutes from the hotel.
We start on Monday with the Quantum Diagnose. With the help of the results about the condition of your body we will work out an individual week-program for you and moreover diets plan especially for your needs.
On the same day you will get your first acupuncture or an other therapie.
On Tuesday till Friday you will get alternate the massages and theacupuncture.
